In order to redeem a vehicle that has been impounded, the following is required:
- Valid driver’s license and/or Government issued photo ID (passport, military ID card, state issued ID card)
- Proof of ownership (Vehicle Title, Vehicle registration, bill of sale)
- Registered owner must be present or a notarized letter from the registered owner giving permission to the person redeeming the vehicle
If an investigative “hold” has been placed on your impounded vehicle, it cannot be released until the hold has been lifted by the law enforcement agency.
Our Storage lot hours of operation are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday is by appointment only. Sunday the impound lot is closed, you may redeem on the next business day. If you have any questions, please contact us.
